Help – Troubleshooting Back

I'm seeing an error message that says my email address is invalid when I try to sign up.

  • Make sure you typed your email address correctly. If you're seeing an error message, something may have been misspelled after the @ sign. If you entered your email address correctly and you're still seeing this error message, let us know and contact our Customer Service

    You can only sign up for one Peer Language account per email address. If you're seeing an error message that says there's an existing account associated with your email address, review these troubleshooting tips:
    If you already opened a Peer Language account using your email address but lost your password, you can request a new password.
    If you share this email address with someone else who already has a Peer Language account, you'll need to use a different email address to create your account.
    If you think you received this message by mistake, let us know and contact our Customer Service.

I received an email that I created a new Peer Language account, but I didn't sign up for a new account.

  • Most likely, someone tried to sign up for a Peer Language account using your email address by mistake. The sign-up process isn't finished until someone clicks the link in this email, so the easiest thing to do is ignore the email.
    You can also contact our Customer Service.

I can't find my Peer Language signup confirmation email.

  • If you signed up for Peer Language  with your email address, we sent an email to the address you provided. This email includes a link that you'll need to click or tap to confirm your account and let us know that you're really you. If you can't find this email, try checking your junk mail folder, or if you're using Gmail, check your Social emails. If you still can't find this email, let us know and contact our Customer Service.

I get an error using the Peer Language signup confirmation email.

  • We're sorry you're having trouble completing the signup process. 

    Here's what we recommend:

    Try logging in with the email address you signed up with
    If you're unable to log in, copy the URL of the link you received in the confirmation email and paste it into your browser
    If you're still having trouble, let us know
    If you're having trouble creating a Peer Language Page for your business or organization, let us know and contact our Customer Service.

I'm seeing an error message that says my email address is unregistered.

  • If you're seeing an error saying your email address is unregistered:
    Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with to log in
    Check your junk or spam email folder for the original confirmation email from Peer Language.

I can't access my account and I'm asked to confirm my email address.

  • When you sign up for Peer Language, you'll be required to confirm your email address. You may be able to access Peer Language for a small amount of time without confirming your account, but you'll be locked out if you don't confirm it.
    Confirming your email address helps us make sure you're a real person. It helps keep the site safe and helps improve everyone's experience on Peer Language.

I have changed couple things on my profile page, but I do not see on my page.

  • Before you leave your profile edit option you need save your modification.

    If you are sure you have saved the informations, try reloading (refresh) the page or closing your browser reloading and logging in again. Sometimes browsers store old information temporarily (like a mistyped password) and you need to reload it to reset this.

I don't find my location under From or Lives in section.

  • Please visit the https://maps.google.com/ and check your location. We use google map system, so you need type your location name exactly.

Peer Exchange communication system doesn't work
